Pricing questions

What counts as a lead?

A lead is a verified candidate profile who has explicitly consented to be contacted by a recruitment agency in your selected vertical. Each profile includes name, location, job category, experience level, and direct contact details (phone and email). Starter plans get up to 50 new leads per month. Growth plans have no monthly cap.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time — just subscribe to the Growth plan via the button above. Your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support@leadova.com to manage your subscription.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Not yet — all plans are currently monthly. Annual billing (with 2 months free) is on the roadmap and will be available soon. If you need annual invoicing for your agency's accounting requirements, contact us at hello@leadova.com and we'll work something out.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before being charged. If you're not satisfied after your first paid month, contact support@leadova.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund. After the first month, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
